Before Hyperion Research Mr. Copeland had a long career in the Quantum Computing Market (Cold Quanta – VP of Sales & Marketing; D-Wave – President of D-Wave Government) and the High-Performance Computing Market (Silicon Graphics – VP of Federal Sales; Linux Networx – EVP Global Sales; Cray Research – VP of Marketing; IBM – Manager RS600 Industry Sales).
Mr. Copeland holds a BS in electrical Engineering from the US Military Academy at West Point and an MBA in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago. He holds the rank of Lt Colonel (Army retired). He is an Army veteran, former Army helicopter pilot and Army Ranger.
